    This is most likely an issue on your end, or somewhere along the lines between You > Server > You.

    There isn't anything Square Enix can do to adjust or fix a problematic connection hop between You > Server > You, that's something you can only really bring up and battle with your ISP.


    Unless the vast majority of people are suffering from this issue, then it's not deemed as something that requires elevated concern to the point where Square Enix will go out of their way to fix it. Smaller isolated cases are seen as a personal problem. (AKA. 3 people living in a sea-side town in England who lag in instances, versus 200,000 UK customers lagging is going to have a differing response)
    No lag. No problems with anything but Frontlines. In Frontlines, every single time, 1-4 disconnects. Not a coincidence. No other Internet issues. Other players on the same connection (not doing Frontlines) no issues. Seen lots of others get DC'ed out of Frontlines. Don't think this is isolated. We may not be crazy. You know, it's a possibility. Just saying.

    It's possible it's SE side! Very much so.

    But there's a high-chance it isn't also, personally on my connection without correct port-forwarding I disconnect from instance constantly. ONLY since the Beta started, during the Alpha it was flawless, but since the Beta without the correct ports forwarded it's a nightmare. So there's always a chance that instances are causing issues with a personal connection problem.
