How do you do that though? With 4 mans at their current difficulty their rewards should never be equivalent to Coil, Token gear by nature is meant to be an alternative to Coil and CT/ST gear is meant to be the "catch-up" set. The only way Dungeon gear works with that tiering is if it's by nature obsolete since it'd have to be inferior to token and CT/ST gear which are behind lockouts and certainly behind Coil gear.

Just saying, this is an example of how vertical progression sort've works against the usefulness of content like 4 mans.

With the rate of current progression these next dungeons will be i90 sets. Which basically helps nobody at this point. At the same time though if you put unlocked i100 sets out at this point you're invalidating ST and making the lockout on Soldiery pointless. They're stuck basically.
