When SE puts a 15 min timer on a trial; it's usually for one of their Convention battles where you win those "I Beat" T-shirts. So I doubt this is something we'll see in the game as a game event.

Maybe it will be 10 Odin mantle/player to access the place and you'll have only 15 mn until Zantetsuken !

Or maybe it's just that the Odin battle data are for the fan fest but will be in the game later.
