I have nothing to say to these people that "Don't want a small house" to stop being greedy. I'm not sure what makes these people think they need a house fit for a 100 person FC for a PERSONAL HOME. Also, its a want not a need for things you want you should be expected to do extra and put in extra work trying to make the gil. If someone had a small house in real life and WANTED a big house i feel like they would put hard work into it to actually get one. I don't think them complaining about wanting a big house in public would help them get one any faster.

I don't think anyone wanted to compete with FCs for space.

Without though I feel like it would seem quite barren. I know we have a spot right by a market board and there's usually about 20 or so people hanging out there crafting, running around watering plants, shouting for parties, yelling at each other because the ward because people know eachother in it. I feel like if you're limited to just single players none of this actual community would exist which I think is really enjoyable.
