Silly question, but were we supposed to get info on 2.4 aaaaand possibly a trailer from TGS either today or tomorrow?

Calling it now, Iceheart is Shiva.

I'm more inclined to believe that Iceheart is a "Frozen" (I swear I don't mean to talk about the movie) follower to Shiva sort of like a follower of Ifrit is a "Tempered." I base this on the fact that I have yet to see a primal that can assume a form of that of one of the 5 races.

I think Lady Iceheart is Shiva myself. I also think she is going to be more cunning and smarter that the other primals. She has disguised herself to look like a human, raising up a gang of men, who she has obviously tempered. What shes up too.. who knows.

That is a possible lore considering if Ascians can use their Aether to possess people. Maybe Primals have the same power as well.

There is still much we don't know about the Truth of the Echo that the story started back in 2.1 and so far we have been only getting bits and pieces of the Truth.

This is also my theory. FC mates disagree and have their own so I am really looking forward to seeing the storyline

Yet Yoshi-P said a few months(?) ago that all our guesses (and at the time nearly everyone has thought of Iceheart being Shiva in human form) about Lady Iceheart were wrong. So unless they decided to change that, she's most certainly not Shiva herself.

Yeah...Yoshi says a lot of things tho, I wouldn't take anything he says or said at face value right now.... ^^

I don't know... People suggesting that Iceheart is Shiva are like people suggesting Clark Kent isn't Superman...

If you never see them at the same time, there is the possibility of them being the same person, but if you see them both together, that possibility is shot. I guess it is just promotional art, but posting it again in case anyone missed it;

Iceheart is in front of Shiva.

I find it much more likely that Iceheart is summoning Shiva, and Shiva wont have the same free will other Primals have had, leading to it making sense for us to be summoning Primals. Either that or Iceheart has just been tempered by Shiva, but that doesn't really give us much progress on Primal summoning, which is meant to be coming soon and has only been delayed until it made sense within the lore.

If Iceheart actually turns out to be Shiva, I'm going to face palm almost as hard as when Nero took off his Allagan mask and the game acted like I was meant to be shocked.
