I think solution is for player to play more than single class? Is this type of problem common in NA server group?

When you have players who are willing and able to switch classes, then that's fine. But it isn't always the case.

And its a shame when you have plenty of people in the relevant roles already, but they are simply distributed poorly. If they were able to switch alliances, more people would be able to play the classes that they wanted to play.
