Coil is considered core content. Housing is considered as add-on feature. Therefore priority is given to core content and we do not have wait for coil. On other hand, we will have to wait for housing. I do not understand why ppl asking Yoshi's resignation because they cannot buy a "personal house" with 300k gils.

Not unless you're among the first 1% to get there. After that, no amount of gil will help you.

Are you telling there is no Medium/Large plots available in your server now? Marlboro has plenty of medium/large house available, even small house in new wards.
