Yah, sharing a house with friends, I think they call that an FC house.

Unless, maybe, you want to share a house with your marriage partner, while still being in an FC with other people. And, well... this whole "Personal Housing" thing is really quite the same as FC housing as it stands, anyway. Same wards. Same price. Same houses.
