    I'm wondering why they greatly increased the availability of these items, but kept the weekly lock as well as the Soldiery limitations.
    It looks like they will completly remove them for 2.4 and are currently preparing the ground for it, making 110 gear mainstream for the next patch... but still, starting now won't do much, I think.
