    I'm just curious, if I roll on some armour in ST will I be locked out from rolling on those?

    I hope this has a positive impact and stops people booting to make sure they get their sand etc.

    Getting a UAT or an Oil counted as your drop for the week previously. The patch notes don't say anything about that changing.
