They are people who understand how it feels to be a hardware/software developer who is continually on the hot seat to deliver.

If they can't handle the backlash then they shouldn't be on that hot seat. They're paid to do a job not look for people to know how they feel. It's like you can't show you're upset here. I am not asking to be understood at my job so why should expectations be lowered here? When customers are mad I can't say "but I tried really hard sir" I need to meet their demand to keep my purse fat. This situation is no different. I've been an avid supporter of this game and I still am but you all need to let people get the anger out of their system.
