Who's going to try and get their house when servers come up?

So who here is going to try and get a deal on a house from the old wards when the servers go back up? I am guessing the devalued houses will sell fast. Which ward would you try for? I don't know but on my server Uldah is really unpopular but gridinia and limsa are pretty full.

* Pricing for new plots in the 1st through 6th wards will match the prices set in patch 2.38, and will gradually fall based on the devaluation process outlined above.
