I couldn't care less about how many plots are out there or that FC's want to buy more gardens or what have they.

What is pissing me off is that they expect an individual to have as much money as a full FC. I don't have millions to dish out just for a small plot and I had been looking forward to this.

I saved 1 mil as it was said that individual housing would be significantly cheaper than FC's... which turns out to be a big, fat lie.
This only panders to the stupid rich and throws other players into the RMT market.

the market changed A LOT since fc housing, there are people on shiva who can make up to 450k per day just playing 2hr max a day !
You also need to understand that they have to start with kinda high price to balance the overwhole market because some people make money faster than others which is affecting everything , not only the housing system.

And how does that change the fact that personal housing is costing as much as FC housing and it should not?

I see a lot of people that are not in a FC and don't intend to be in a FC at all. Why should those individuals have to pay 4 mil for a personal house?
I know a lot of people that do not make half a mil or more per day like some people do by selling extreme runs and what not... why should those people be blocked out of housing because the fat cats are swimming in money?

What I see is that the RMT business is going to get a sudden bloom, courtesy of SE. My blacklist is going to blow up.

No body cares that there is only X land because they can't afford it anyway.

They care because they expected a separate housing arrangement from a FC who can pool resources together.



Expecting person A to have 5m -30m - 70m when a FC of 50+ people barely scrape it together is dissapointing

^This, doubling the wards does nothing if the houses are still far to expensive for personal use.

It's not a matter of not enough houses but that the houses are shared with Free Company houses and cost the exact same when buying one for personal use.
