Seriously? I paid for most of my free company's Medium house. In total, over 20 million gil of my personal funds went into it; the rest was scraped together from various members. I'm sitting on around 14million gil again, even with the fact that I've been leveling and farming EX primals and Coil for the past few weeks instead of sitting and crafting all day. I'm not a Legacy player, either - I started in 2.1. It's not hard to make money in this game at all.

The reason why you manage to "make gil" easily is because not a whole lot of ppl are doing what you and some others are doing.

Yup, making money like they do is limited. If EVERYONE was doing it, the wealth would be more evenly spread, and those rich people would not be nearly as rich.

Right, cause it takes so much effort to craft food and list it to the market board. I mean geez, spiritbonding gear and selling the materia is about downright impossible - you mayaswell try to clear T9 in your starting gear instead.

Please do remember different servers have different economies. For example, One server sells IV materia for 700k ... My server it is 100-180k.

Right, and that seems right to me. A small house is fine for an individual. *shrugs*

As far as pricing discrepancy, that's another story. I don't know the markets on other servers; I can only attest to my own. Tier IV's go up to 400-500k on my server. If there's really that wide of a discrepancy between servers in the same pricing bracket, then that's something that should definitely be addressed.

I've made over 80 million gil. This is still the stupidest thing they've done yet.

Yes. You pretty much can sell anything that's of use. I do everything from farming fleece to spiritbonding and selling materia to crafting and selling food, equipment, and furniture items. Yes, it really is that easy.

Well, I can only agree with the others, then. More competition means prices are going down a lot, making it harder for me (us) to make gil. We only make so much gil because most players don't.
