35 Days, does it apply to personal housing too?

The 35 day housing removal system needs to stay intact. I 100% encourage it for FC housing. Land is limited as is and if your FC members can't log in then that property should go to an FC who is eagerly waiting a space to call their own.

That's perfectly fine for FC housing (I still think the inactivity timer should be inversely proportional to the number of members in the FC owning the house). Here's the problem:

I'm going to assume that the assumption that the 35 day housing removal will also apply to personal housing since we're buying the exact same thing; there is no difference.

Because it's no longer a FC owning the house but instead a single player, the timer should be increased to 2 months at the very least.
