    I have no idea, but this is a very good question that should be answered.

    Perhaps the 35 day thing can be repealed entirely since it's stupid anyway.
    No, there does need to be some form of time limit.

    No. There does not.
    A reimplementation of the system without limited plots is needed. And worthwhile servers.
