Ramuh accessories to i110 in 2.38

I find it absolutely silly that the Ramuh rings are going to be buffed to i110. LMFAO!!!! They're only going to be relevant until 2.4! What a waste of development time to even upgrade them.

Lmao @ "development time" - they'll simply be going in and changing a few numbers on the item.

It's probably not much different than fixing a typo.
