Try the same suggestion in a few months and try omitting any reference to Mithra, you might get a different response.
Devs are most likely to ignore requests if the only purpose is to turn this more into XI.

That chart only shows that the most catlike race available is the one people are gravitating to. Making it more catlike would probably make it more popular as well. Maybe that's why they made it so human, to avoid it becoming so ubiquitous that it homogenizes the look of the game. But if so, it seems a shame they have to deliberately make their races less appealing than they might be.
How about FFX?
Of course, going all the way to making Mi'qote (or even optionally a few of them) look like Ronso would be taking it too far for an after-release addition. But it's a good example of how it's perfectly possible to have a catlike humanoid race that actually retains catlike features.
Nobody picked Mi'qote in order to look human. We have another race for that. People picked Mi'qote either because it's the closest we have to an beast-like race or because it's the closest we have to a cat-like race. Emphasizing that by allowing people to have somewhat more catlike features would only improve it. And a few more catlike options on the noses available would be a good way to do that -- subtle enough to not materially change the look of the race as a whole, while still enough to emphasize what makes the race distinct.

I personally picked Mi'qote because it was the best looking race. I don't care about looking like a beast, a cat, a feral creature, or any such thing. I'm sure having the choice there for some wouldn't be so bad. But I personally didn't like how Mithra looked, now fangs I'd be fine with just like I'm fine with cat eyes, but if they were to say change us to all look more feral, or feline, instead of giving it as an option, I'd personally roll Hyur or whatever Yugiri might be if the race isn't ugly.
Again options are nice but not all of us picked the cat race because we like to be animals. If you want to look pretty and be proportionate you only have two options, Hyur and M'iqote. Elezaan are disproportionate with long necks and are super tall, Roegadyn are Roegadyn, and Lalafell are super cutesy and very tiny. I'd imagine if the Elves necks weren't so long and they weren't so tall they'd be picked more. Elves are after all usually the most picked race in MMORPG.

And I picked Miqo'te because I wanted to be somewhat animal like, not as much as Skyrims Kahjiit (though if the option was available, and with fantasias, heck yeah I'd play as something like a Kahiit for a few months). Hopefully as time goes on SE will add some more facial feature options. I would really like to be able to choose facial stripes and color. I remember reading some lore that older Miqo'tes stripes are bolder..
Even tough I would like my character to look more feral like, that doesn't mean I dislike the cutsie options. Let the house cats look cute and the jungle cats be scruffy ._.

Also everyone should know how a Miqo'te look the moment he (or she) enter the character creator.

Yeah I agree that options between the two wouldn't be bad. Although I think boys can look pretty feral depending on how they create the character, i've seen some pretty feral, scruffy, male cats. Seems like it's just the females that are delegated to being only cute or pretty lol.And I picked Miqo'te because I wanted to be somewhat animal like, not as much as Skyrims Kahjiit (though if the option was available, and with fantasias, heck yeah I'd play as something like a Kahiit for a few months). If I remember correctly, then only the Seeker of the Sun had heterochromatic(*?!) eyes available and not every race as it is now.Maybe during 1.0 alpha, but not 1.0 beta.
I started with 1.0 beta and I remember that Seekers of the Sun had slit eyes, normal teeth, shorter tail, normal skin color.
Keeper of the Moon had normal eyes, fangs, longer tail, bleached hair colors (less saturated than the ones from the sun seekers) and skin colors were shades of corpse white, bluish grey and night black.
Seeker of the Sun
Keeper of the Moon
(* Talking about "two different eye colors")

IIRC, it was always possible to give both clans heterochromia in 1.0. It was just more predominant in Seeker culture, but it's actually a trait shared by all Miqo'te.
In that video itself, you can see the user give her character different eyes

Hah, my bad xD I didn't watch the videos /blush
Well, but still it was a "Miqo'te only" thing and now it's available to everyone
On topic: I am fine with the 'normal' noses, but I wouldn't be against more options (for customization in general)
