Formal petition to make Star-spangled Subligar obtainable again.

We're looking into the possibility of introducing items that were only obtainable during version 1.0. As there are quite a few items, we can't promise that we'll be adding all of them into ARR, but we're currently looking into adding ways to obtain both the star-spangled subligar and chocobo mask. Please note that while they are currently being looked into, we do not have any definitive plans to share beyond that.

My 1.0 character has Hermes' Shoes, and I want them obtainable on my other 3 characters. Any chance that those shoes can be available for them since my 1.0 character has them? I want infinite Sprint inside city-states!

If there is one single item from 1.0 that should absolutely NOT be obtainable by those who never played 1.0 the Dalamud Horn is it.

Dalamud Horn is the symbol that you were actually there during the calamity and defeated Nael van Darnus in the final 1.0 story mission. To make this item obtainable again would completely invalidate the meaning behind the item.

Agreed. Dalamud Horn AND Moonlet were both quest items/event items that were tied to the calamity story line and for them to 'appear' again would seem somewhat off in context.

The Manderville earring though, while 1.0 questline exlusive- I can see them bringing it back in a reward from one of the Hildibrand questlines.

Chocobo Mask, I can understand- originally (for those who aren't aware) SE released a list of all the achievements that would no longer exist in ARR. Some of which included fishing achievements/quests/behest achievements, etc. The chocobo caravan achievement (1,000 packages delivered safely) was nowhere on the list but when ARR released it had been excluded from the game. Many players, including myself spent a good majority of our last 3 months before the final save slaving away at the achievements they said would no longer exist or become exclusive (mostly titles and white ravens). Had the chocobo caravan achievement/item been including on the 'going away' list, I'm sure others who were close or wanted it would have focused on it. As everything else that is no longer included in ARR was clearly stated multiple months ahead of time that the achievements / titles / quests that appeared on SE's list would no longer be obtainable or available in ARR.

Some of my character's have it some of them don't, the main reason was in 1.0 you only had the character obtain them if your XI account that was linked to your SE account was active at the time of the character creation (meaning, if the account was linked but the character was in-active not being paid for you would not receive the shoes upon character creation). Whether this still exists in ARR or it's just a case of your XI account is not currently active I'm not sure ;< my XI account is inactive at this time, so I can't test to see if it is completely removed from ARR,

This. My 1.0 character has the Hermes' Shoes, but I started a character on a new server because my brother and friends couldn't play on legacy servers at launch (and world transfer into or out of a legacy server didn't exist).
