Pretty sure something will come around with the Lvl cap raise.

I'm in for Healing, but it should be very low, not to interfere with the real Healers. (so we would have regen TP, MP, and HP)

How about a Morale song, to lift our spirits in combat? Might give everyone +3 to stats as long as MP is up.
(adjust the +3 as needed, just here for reference and we need to think the balance of the game.)
