You are not the only one doing this, by the way. Seems like a lot of people yoship is inviting to play this game post ARR are like this. Don't read tutorials, don't read tool tips, don't ask question, do whatever in dungeons, don't want to do mechanics that are usually done by their roles, ignore advice and instructions or say they're listening but not actually implement the advise they're given, complain about people giving out said instructions for being bossy and even cussed them out.

As I said before, what they did or didn't do isn't relevant by the time you are already in a party with the person. When you are in the party with the person, you should be nice to them regardless of if they suck. If they're rude to you despite you being nice and helping them, vote to kick them. But there is NO reason to treat them terribly. Who cares why they suck? Maybe they are mentally handicapped, maybe the didn't read the tutorial.. maybe a little of both? Whatever the case you have a few choices. Help them, be mean to them, or say nothing and pull your own weight. Shouldn't we all be making good choices? Or do people just feel better about the situation when they talk shit? It doesn't HELP the situation thats for sure.

There's a certain onus on new players to pay attention when you're being taught something, though. I can't tell you how many headaches could be saved by merely reading what a skill does before you go spamming it.
