If people co-operate better, everyone benefits.

As far as the other class of early pulls, where whatever group gets there first pulls without regard to other groups. . .I guess I just don't see the point. Unless something else has been called, there's no reason to rush from one to another. Seventeen A ranks are going to pop every 3 hours, regardless of how quickly they're killed, so why not give people a few minutes (I'd usually say about 3) before pulling? Killing them faster doesn't actually get you seals at any faster rate, after all. . .
I could see the point in it, more so before than no. Since contribution is based on aggro, the more people there are there to kill it, the faster the mark dies. The faster the mark dies, the less time you have to gain contribution. On S Ranks it's not so much of an issue but it still boils down to the same simple argument:

This is open world content. Everyone participating is paying to play and can play when and how they wish given they are not disrupting other players'.

Regardless of how many people will disagree with me, and they will, I think "early pulling" is justified simply by the fact that the person pulling is paying just as much to play this game for the same content. I will reinforce the point that I made, I do appreciate it when people wait however, I don't expect it. That's why I don't use the /shout channel to abuse players.
