Stuck in gaol for 2-3 weeks game mods wont help
any one else get put in the mordion gaol?
A mod put me in here almost 3 weeks ago because of my name and they wont let me out.
they said i was banned for 2 days and had to change my name so i did that and am still in here.
the only replies i have gotten to my many complaints/ emails are

You have to change your name during the two days. if you didn't during the 2 days time, you get a permanent ban.

The moment you log in and are in Mordion Gaol, you automatically submit a ticket to the GMs.
Please be patient while the GMs work their way down the ticket queue, and someone will speak to you shortly.
DO NOT LOG OUT! If you log out before the GM is with you, they cannot release you.

If no one reported you in those 390 days, your name won't get investigated.
I guess someone saw you, thought it was offensive, and submitted it to the GM team. They reviewed the name and deemed it to be inappropriate, thus the account action.

Sorry to hear that. Again, please just wait and don't log out.
If no one appears within 60 mins, contact the Support Centre via Live Chat:
support.na.square-enix.com > FINAL FANTASY XIV > Contact > Get Support. Tell them that you are stuck in the in-game jail and no GM is coming to let you out.
They can contact the team.
