Vial of Fantasia - Already purchased?

I went to buy another Vial today on the Mog Station and it said I could only buy the x3 since I purchased a single one already. Is this accurate?

Because what we have now is a temporary and kind of expensive account-wide version. They are adding new systems to mail items to individual characters (which we can buy repeatedly) so it'll take some time to implement. We should have it by 2.4 if I recall correctly.

Trust me, you're not the only one with this issue lol. I want another fantasia but dropping 40+ dollars for the 5 pack seems a little ridiculous so I'm holding out for them to update this bizarre purchase system. And yeah, I've already bought the 1 and 3 packs.

They're working on a one by one purchase system. The way it works right now they're account flags so every new char you create will have however many fantasias you bought when you start the character. They gave us this Band-Aid because people on the forums were "Rioting" over Fantasias. When you're adding something that wasn't in the system infrastructure to begin with it takes time and a lot of debugging especially when you're dealing with a system that handles players' money. Plus the profit generation from the Fantasia is pennies compared to actual sub profits so of course actual patch content, the expansion, etc. are going to be slightly higher priority.
