Nail Painting (Can I have it?)

You know, part of me thought this was about a "Nael" painting.



But this is... okay too, I guess? Though with how the game works, I'm willing to bet that any kind of nail polish would probably be a hand-slot equip, similar to the South Seas Talisman or Coeurl Talisman items, except probably more dye-friendly.

Since we have the Glamour system now, that would be completely okay. Have dyeable "Fake Nails" items and let people glamour it instead of gloves for All Classes and both genders. Could make a "Short Nails" and "Long Nails" version.

Though that would be the less-preferred option, I would be okay with that. (even though I really want red nails on my High Allagan healer gloves >.<)
