O.O What did you do to piss the RNG God off so much?

O.O What did you do to piss the RNG God off so much?
Thanks, but I haven't experienced hunts at all. Between trying to grind up pvp rank, keeping up with beastman dailies as best I can, roulettes, and atmas, there just isn't enough time in the day to explore any of the new content. All I do everyday is login, roulettes/dailies, and atma grind. I figure once my atma is out of the way, I can play the rest of the game. I've been telling myself that for...I can't remember how long. Months.
Thank you T.T
Just playing their game I guess.
If you plan to stick with the atma I definitely recommend picking up your daily mark bills over at your Grand Company. It takes virtually no time to start or collect the new bills each day and the most lucrative part of the daily bills are 'complete "X" FATE'. Sure it might not always give you one in an area where you're atma farming, but if it does that's basically 10-20 free allied seals, and you can pick up the other 12 from regular mobs very easily. This way you can get a sands of time (or oil or whatever) pretty easily without doing much of anything differently. The weekly mark is also incredibly quick and easy to do for 50 seals. Thanks, but I haven't experienced hunts at all. At this point even if you do get your atmas done you'll almost certainly want your soldiery weapon to hold you over. Grinding through those animus books and then your alexandrite isn't exactly fast (but it is at least non-random...well...except for the materia melding...). Personally I'd say wait for the drop rate to be increased if it weren't for the fact that people have been waiting for that for a long while now with no words in favor of it happening from the devs.
Sorry, I don't understand a word of what you are talking about. What seals? Huh?If you plan to stick with the atma I definitely recommend picking up your daily mark bills over at your Grand Company. Allied seals are a new form of currency you can get by doing your Daily hunts (which you unlock at your grand company). They send u out to kill x amount of a basic mob for 4 allied seals and 1000gil (you get 3 of these bills) and 2 bills for fate mobs which give 10 seals and 2k gil. There is also a weekly hunt which is worth 50 seals and 5k gil and its a B rank notorious monster that roams the areas. (5 second respawn so its ALWAYS up basically just gotta find it) These seals are kinda amazin since u can buy all your i90 class specific Relic armor, and accessories for like 20-40 seals depending on the piece. They can also be used to buy blood stained mark logs which u can trade in for Sands o time/oil of times. And like i said earlier, it just takes a weekend and ucan have an i100 weapon with little to no effort by doing Syrcus tower for your UAT.

I feel your frustrations. Mainly because I've been doing Frontlines a lot over the past week or two trying to rank up. My queues are always 30 minutes long, and besides Fates, there's almost nothing to do. You can't join parties, you can't hunt. Basically, you can craft or Fates. I've gotten one Atma in this time. I don't even care that much, just trying to make the time feel faster.
Toukai pretty much covered it. It was just in response to you saying that you were putting other content on hold. The solo aspect of Hunts fits pretty well into your daily routine already so you could incorporate that and actually make progress toward something even if the atma grind doesn't pick up. You could, for instance, get items to upgrade a soldiery weapon (or armor) to i110. I was personally pretty lucky with atma and am up to working on my Novus for MNK, but with very little effort my BLM has a better weapon because I just grabbed an unidentified allagan tomestone (Sircus Tower, SCoB), 1300 soldiery tomes (dungeons, Hunts, Frontlines) and a sand of time (Hunts, SCoB) to instantly have a i110 weapon.
I used dungeons. I'm very good at them. Know them all by heart, and I can do them easily while watching my favorite TV shows.
Oh, thanks. I knew nothing about this. I appreciate you both trying to help, thank you very much.
