I'm at 1,140 Fates so far, I had only done about 300 when I started doing it exclusively to get Atma, and so far I've only got two.

I tried to start doing Frontlines to raise my pvp rank, but it's impossible to cast, and I have a 71.43% 3rd place ratio in the Immortal Flames.

Accidentally forgot about the fact that if you greed roll win an item in Syrcus Tower it will lock you out of all loot for a week, so I took some useless caster item on my tank and missed out on my opportunity to roll for some boots I really could have used.

imo you should just give up on atma farming until they up the drop rates for them and focus on getting your 110 Yagrush weapon that requires the Unidentified Allagan tomestone for the 100 then the weathered weapon + sand of time to get the 110

this is the path im going cuz farming for atma is a huge waste of time for me

Thanks. I really like this game but the constant stream of failure and the fact that I feel like I haven't made any progress whatsoever for so long is really bothering me.

I don't really mind doing fates because I want the 3000 fate achievement robe anyway. Its more of the fact that at the rate I'm going, it's going to take somewhere around 12,000 fates to get a single weapon that gives me no stat bonuses whatsoever. It really isn't fair at all. Its broken.

Are you sure you are in the right areas for atmas? MD and CCH don't have them. 1140 seems a bit much, I only did maybe over 100 and got all 12.

Oh trust me, I'm in the right areas. I've been on and off with probably over 5 dozen partners during this time, and I've watched them get theirs. Just not mine.

Sheesh. That's....a lot. I did about 1600 FATEs to get two complete sets.
