you having no tolerance for RMT doesn't allow you to shame and blame them though. Not on these forums.

As for the other part, people get reported, messages deleted and forum posting rights denied often for people causing ruckus and insulting each others. The forum rules ARE followed, as best as the mods can do. Want to help them ? Report the abuses, there is a button for that
