and yes I know there are rules in place to make sure users aren't rude to other users but I have zero tolerance for RMTs, they nearly destroyed FFXI's economy until SE took notice of this themselves and banned over 2mil RMT accounts and even then there was a economical backlash for about half a year or so. Plus, how has TOS forum rules stopped users from being utter dicks to one another to date? :/

As for the other part, people get reported, messages deleted and forum posting rights denied often for people causing ruckus and insulting each others. The forum rules ARE followed, as best as the mods can do. Want to help them ? Report the abuses, there is a button for that
