Kensatsu is saying that there is a sharp divide in difficulty between EX Primal content and SCoB. He laments the fact that he doesn't have very much to work towards at the moment and does not feel like he can attempt SCoB because he lacks a static. He wishes for some kind of content that isn't as hard as coil so it wont require a static to be successful at, but harder than the EX Primals. (He suggest making EX Primals more difficult)

My Response:
Balancing is always hard. In the short term I would just try SCoB, there are always party finder groups so you don't need a static to learn and run it. If you are having difficulty 2.4 will probably add an echo to SCoB in order to help you clear it.

i try again, this is not what i was saying.
I think Ramuh ex is not great with pugs, you need them in vocal because you need a lot of organization.
I think Primal ex should be hard, but not with strategy like the ramuh one.
And i think Primal ex should not be like Coil because you aren't going to do it only with your FC.
Titan EX was hard and din't need vocal like in ramuh ex fight, titan ex was more pugs friendly.
i am in a static but we aren't full everyday, and sometimes we can't raid for a week.
We still need more pugs friendly content other than grinding stuff like elite hunt and simple dgn.
I don't see often ramuh ex PF, i still see the leviathan one more often in my server, it certainly mean players advoid this with pugs

Ah. Yes, I agree with you to some extent. I've never seen so many listings in PF asking for voice chat. It's a little disheartening for people who don't have the specific VOIP needed or don't have the time/tech to set it up.
