    Bets on amount of Durability Loss when Returning?

    So, one detail that I haven't seen yet is the amount of gear durability loss death and choosing to return to the crystal (as opposed to getting a raise / resurrect).

    To my mind, it comes down to the following:

    How many times should a player have to die/return before all their stuff is completely busted?
    Given there are 9 to 14 item slots (depending on cowl, shield, and number of jewelry pieces), all of a player's gear breaking could potentially be somewhat expensive. However, with the addition of Dark Matter, repairing gear should become a lot more straightforward. So, I'm going to go with the "number of times dying during a single leve or raid", since taking time in between these isn't really a big deal.

    So, I'm going to put out there that 4 to 5 death / returns in a single leve or raid (if returning is even an option in raids) is at the upper end of 'acceptable', and so my guess on the durability hit for dying / returning will be ...

    20 to 25% durability loss for every piece of gear. {<~~~~ Just my guess}

    We'll find out in a day, but I thought it might be entertaining to speculate

    I considered that issue, but the flip side is that if the durability loss is really low, then it continues keeping raise / resurrect essentially useless. Seems like 5-10% would lead to "Oh, don't bother casting raise -- I'll just return, even though I died 4 times on this leve. I'll just repair up after it's done, even if I die another 2 or 3 times" situations. And THAT seems kinda silly.

    I'll say 5% of your tnr as points of damage to all your gear because HQ gear and item types have all different durability values and newbie players shouldn't be heavily affected for dying so much while they're new still.

    Since we get raise at such a low level, everyone will soon have it. There will be no more need to blood port, since the cont of returning when alive shall be zero. Only the truly antisocial will have to return when dead.

    Needs to be substantial to avoid further bloodport abuse. 20%+ seems fair.

    I'm pretty sure you can bloodport easier while naked and I think return is getting reduced to a 15 minute timer with no anima cost this patch.
