and the best part is it can only be done after 2.4 release so ppl dont have to cry someone could get a better weapon pre 2.4

but well, I dont think they'll implement it this way, some ppl already acquired 50%+, they want all ppl to start at zero, either they have to reset the % for everyone or they'll add something else
