    That's kind of you to point me in that direction but that isn't the issue. This one is an internal limitation on how many debuffs can be on a mob at a time. That option is JUST for showing my own debuffs (client side) which I currently only show my own. Debuffs litterally DO NOT land...at all period because of this problem.

    This is correct, however the only place it really happens is in a 24 man. And really depends on the classes present. But it does indeed happen.
