When they use Fetter Ward Ability I cant Repose, Fluid Aura or use Stone to get them off of me...

Nope Fluid Aura doesn't work on them while they have Fetter Ward going.

Fetter ward basically makes them immune to any form of Crowd Control including slows.

The problem is that SE is really creating an ad-hoc PVP system. SCH's most viable CC ability was Miasma II, but this was taken away due to being overpowered in Wolves' Den, where SCH and SMN could spam the instant cast Heavy and kite around walls/pillars.

As a result, SCH has little-to-no repeatable CC abilities and when targeted you basically have 6 Lustrates (assuming you don't lose your Aetherflow stacks) + Attunement during which time you have to hope your party kills off your attackers.

My experience in Frontlines (I've switched from SCH to SMN in PvP since its release), you're better off staying in the back as SCH, maybe positioning your fairy nearer the party than yourself, and healing from a distance. The WHMs have the abilities necessary to run into the flag and stand their ground, and they will likely be targeted first.

psshhhh your whm can just spam regen and cures on himself without leaving the staging area and get 300k, you could probably hit 4-500k. this doesnt make you better than a sch. hit medica2 ooo u healed for 20k right there on a full party that's not even engaged so op. at least when a smn overcures it puts a buff up that might actually do something. sch>whm by miles and miles
