Awww, she looks so happy.... in a creepy Gothic sort of way.![]()

Nah, Edda had a stereotypical villain 'are they, aren't they' outro. The kind of outro that can lead to the villain either returning unscathed with fantastical powers, or crippled with fantastical henchmen (Ascians anyone?).

I liked the Edda storyline. Its nice for FF14 to create its own lore rather than borrowing from the franchise for a change.

I wonder when is her next appearance. She definitely seems to be a fan favorite and even yoshi mentioned he liked her.

Hopefully they continue the Edda story-line and keep the horror part. ^^
Yoshida mentions in his comment that he'd like her to be happy, but I think it's too soon... more h.o.r.r.o.r. please. xD
LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.
(Marvelous economics IQ test!)

We call it the 'obscure death scene.' Happens in comics all the freaking time.

This.
Thiiissssssssss.
Or hell, roll it into Dark Knight lore somehow if you gotta tie it to an existing FF staple.
But really I just want to have spooky skeleton minions.
Glad to see this *possibly* continuing, loved the thought out pieces to it, even the change in the victory fanfare. Although I'm on the boat for hoping she gets a bit happier ending at some point, there are plenty of other chances/options to make 'even scarier' stuff. The note on vibration feedback through the controller reminded me of an old camera/ghost series (avoiding naming other games out of SE) on the PS2 that was awesome; and would be fun to experience again in a FF twist.
