I's not like I disagree here, but the content will be ignored by most and that isn't their intent right?Casual or not, do you understand that an MMO is not a game to play a bit for instant gratification? an MMO is a game made to emulate a virtual society with some arcade aspects in an imaginary world (or a replica of the real world), If you don't have time for the social aspect of the game you shouldn't be playing it, the arcade games have what "you're" looking for.
But i think you're right, you commercial point of view is correct, and i also think it's a shame for the genre.
