I'd really like to know, what makes pictures that the community vote for stand out more than the others.

Just taking Ayreon and Kaelah as an example here from the F Miqo'te group.
I personally think that they're about on the same level and Kaelah entered the fray pretty late if I'm not mistake.
Scene wise, I like the picture Kaelah took more and I'd give her my vote, but it seems like most of the community voters go for Ayreon's picture when they vote...
Guess it all comes down to personal preference when you get two pictures that are on the same level?

I'd really love to see some explantions as to why people vote for specific pictures (just like how some explained why they voted for pictures in Cycle 1)
