Yes, i considered using something like that...but to avoid cheating as much as possible i decided the pen and paper way of tallying would be better.

I'm sure the voting # will increase as we lessen the models involved. These first two rounds are to keep all 5 races in the final 16 so the voting process is a little harder. But thats ok! The prelim voters are acting like mini judges in helping select the final 16 ne? ^_^

I'm honestly fairly certain the biggest reason for the discrepancy is refreshing. People reloading the page with no intention of voting will greatly inflate the views without adding to the tally. (I know I've been a somewhat frequent visitor to the vote thread; surely I'm not the only one.)

There's a recent tally posted a page or two ago by Yunie, and the official tally should be up some time tonight.

Congratulations to all the models who made it and thank you judges. I got a good score from you all and that made me feel proud. I will be watching the rest of the competition and voting.
