His issue is that (some of) the community is unreasonably pitch-forky about people SBing at all in dungeons. You guys are on the same side, he just went snarky and bitter to the point of being hard to interpret.

And have a cookie in return, you've earned it. I actually like SBing in dungeons and would love to see folks do it all the time. But I'm more than a little jaded over how the community views it. So, I kinda set myself up as a straw man so folks would attack me and I'd hear support for SBing for a change. Until you had to go and point it out :P

But the notes seems to also hint that IL70 will no longer give a 100% Tier IV conversion rate, and probably only IL90 guarantees Tier IV.

Maybe you can SB i70 stuff against rank A elite marks. XD
