    Even still, I play with kb/mouse and have no issues with the UI, except for a small amount of lag and a few inefficiencies.

    I work in the field of software QA, I could show you an unusable UI. FFXIV's UI isn't even close. When you click on something what you expect to happen does in fact happen. By definition, the UI is completely usable.
