    Even if things can go wrong that doesn't mean we should always expect them too. It's normal for most ppl to expect things to work as intended. Things come up sure but plz don't wish them to. Try to be more positive. You will be alot happier that way. I work in a communications center myself with outages and cutovers and when we do a new implementation my team certainly don't expect all things to go to hell. We plan, prioritize and expect it to work. It not then we do damage control.. But we don't just expect it to go like crap.
