JP servers up, NA/EU servers not (hardware issues)

Seems the NA/EU hamsters fell off the wheel, but the JP hamsters are doing fine.

another 2 hours, and this time the JP servers come down again to just the NA/EU servers in... no being online.

Well Japan data center is most likely easier to maintain then NA/EUs

Why do we have hardware issues?

That is something I don't get, what kind of hardware you running our servers on.

I can see why NA's tech area is over populated with problems now.

We all pay for equal service, though our servers are down till 4:am and they are done at 2.30 am and get to play on top of that.

I mean its a minor issue but making everyone happy should be number one thing.

We pay also, You know if this happened in FFXI I would of been pissed due to NM pop timers.

It is great isnt it? A year later and the problems havent gone away. We should expect this by now, it wouldnt surprize me if they are useing the old XI servers that they took down/merged.

I see what you are saying but the yhad been working before the maintenace but after they suddenly have issue's? So my question would be what did they break or do wrong so that the issue is now present? Are they not monitoring the servers everyday every hour?

I only wish the legacy servers had priority over anything else. Just saying.

I'm up late, but I'm a 3rd shifter. I will only have a few hours to play if it comes online soon.
