I don't see a problem either. I'm fine with my Highlander's animations.
See, those reasons are exactly *WHY* I chose Miqo'te! They're the only race that seems to have a masculine posture about them, when is hugely disappointing given how awesome Highlanders look otherwise. Like I said, female Highlanders get unique animations, so why not extend the love to male Highlanders? They're virtually never pegged as being "civilized", and rarely even friendly, so why should they carry themselves the same way as a Midlander?
Like the male Miqo'te, I'd like to see Highlanders who, when standing, look like they're itching for a fight, and when running or sprinting, are really *charging* into the heat of battle, not just "taking a casual jog" or... whatever is going on with that awful sprinting animation. Give them a personality that actually matched their culture.
I could of sworn our run animation is different... or at least sprint is.
I also like the fact that our jump actually looks like we jump forward rather than pushing off both legs and squatting in the sky everyone does.
/changepose 3 times. There you have that stance.Like the male Miqo'te, I'd like to see Highlanders who, when standing, look like they're itching for a fight, and when running or sprinting, are really *charging* into the heat of battle, not just "taking a casual jog" or... whatever is going on with that awful sprinting animation. I really wish that they would add animations for the different clans. Other than a few minor details in all races (except hyur) you really can't tell a Keeper of the Moon Miqo'te from a Seeker of the Sun. Hell I really don't know of much of a difference from Dunesfolk from a Plainsfolk lalafell. I know the differences are their, but they are very minor. What I think they should do is give them each their own clan animation or emote. To make all the clans unique rather than all one big race.

At least it's not male roegadyn's run animation. That makes me think of old marvel cartoons.
@Nayto: Right, I mentioned that in the first post. Because it's not a default pose, though, your character winds up looking the same as a Midlander, unless you just completely stop doing anything for like 5 seconds. And really, that would be fine for just taking screen-shots, but I've just like a more pervasive distinction there.
@Kaela: I completely agree. It's virtually impossible to tell any of the Clans apart unless they're naked, and even that doesn't make it any clearer when it comes to Lalafell. Just tweaking some of the more common animations could totally reinvent those Clans, and perhaps get more players interested in them (I literally don't think I've even seen a Duskwight Elezen player).
If you set the delaypose setting to 0 you pretty much instantly switch to the stance everytime you stop.@Nayto: Right, I mentioned that in the first post.
