@Nayto: Right, I mentioned that in the first post. Because it's not a default pose, though, your character winds up looking the same as a Midlander, unless you just completely stop doing anything for like 5 seconds. And really, that would be fine for just taking screen-shots, but I've just like a more pervasive distinction there.

@Kaela: I completely agree. It's virtually impossible to tell any of the Clans apart unless they're naked, and even that doesn't make it any clearer when it comes to Lalafell. Just tweaking some of the more common animations could totally reinvent those Clans, and perhaps get more players interested in them (I literally don't think I've even seen a Duskwight Elezen player).
