New Blm Rotation? also gear choices.

Hey, I main Blm and I heard in a Q&A video someone mentioned a new Blm Rotation that is blowing up on Reddit.

I tried searching for it but can't find it.

Can anyone fill me in / link me to the thread?

right now I Swift cast Thunder III > Fire III > Fire till low MP > Blizzard III > Thunder II > Fire III ect.

With Priority on Firestarter and thunderstorm procs.

    thanks

    Edit: forgot the 2nd question

I have 110 hands and 110 weapon, now I am not farming Soldiery for my weapon anymore I can start getting other Soldiery pieces, which ones should take priority for Blm and what is the best stat priority?

    Thanks in advance

I recommend visiting the DPS section too. You thread may most likely be moved. Anyhow check tha link and see if that's right? Latest post was 20hrs ago so I assume such.

I don't use reddit very often, but my best guess is that they're referring to the "Fireweaving" rotation, which you can look into further here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...culator/page95

It's not really a new rotation as much as an addendum, though. Your rotation's solid, if not super-maximized.

Soldiery ring is pretty good, and especially handy (no pun intended) b/c of unique. Just avoid the pants - the stats are almost as bad as the look.

Okay, I'm sorry. The pun was intended.
