I don't like the need for them & the expectation that we had all better have watched a video before queuing up for T5 or Titan Ex.

Text guides to accompany videos. I keep text guides open on my other monitor whenever I'm trying something new because the information is all there at once and easy to read for a quick glance to the right. They're also much quicker to look at for a quick reminder beforehand instead of having to skip around a video trying to find the one or two bits of information you're actually looking for.
10 posts per page is only the default setting; it is bad, and you should feel bad if you haven't changed it.

That's personal preference. I like to try things once or twice with no guidance for fun myself, but only in learning parties that have no request to have watched videos. The OP seems to not mind learning via videos, so it's a non-issue.
