Yes it is indeed very effective.

However, its effective at the cost of other player's time. I personally bind on my own time, outside of dungeons.

Actually Water Sprites @South Shroud is very fast if you don't mind the repetitiveness involved. I find a WHM, BLM and TANK present makes it very easy.

Yeah it is super fast with even a light party of humans all with chocobos out, and that way you kill two birds with one stone. (puns are delicious)


Plus there is a bevy of items/potions you can use to make the SBing go faster. Water sprites are the better way to go as long as the gear you are trying to SB is equal to or sub i55.

Also when I solo, I'm a WHM, so its not that slow either.
