This was my favorite event. I'm glad all the ps4 players will get to experience it.
Lightning returns, Noel is nowhere to be seen even though him and Caius were the only good things in the entire trilogy. montypythonyay.wav
I request the return of legacy Chocobos--and everything else!
PS3 limitations
Because they appear to not understand the difference between "Limited Event" and "Special Event" (like certain people on the Internet don't know the difference between "Collectors Edition" and "Limited Edition"). To me the Lightning Strikes Event could be an annual thing, to fill in the gap between Holiday Events. Plus it's something that's easy(ish) to tweak, so it can be altered over time.
Having an opinion does not make you right or wrong, it simply means you have an opinion. Don't get irritated when people don't agree.
If they made it annual, it would get old very fast. They also can not make a sequel to the Lightning event for Lightning Returns ending reasons.
The entire cast is a sad excuse for a lame attempt at getting us to like them. I've never seen such whiny characters. At least Cloud and Squall were quiet so you didn't need to hear them. They always complain about running away from their fate yet once you enter a battle you can't run away! Fang is probably the only character I might consider decent due to the fact that she whines less. So in short;
Lightning = Cloud wannabe
Snow = Tidus wannabe
Hope = Baby wannabe
Sazh = Barret wannabe (but fails so hard)
Vanille = Rinoa wannabe (tries to always cheer up group but just annoys me)
/endrant
As for the OP atleast I get to hear that awesome FFXIII battle music, which is probably the only saving grace of the game.
Because people like to feel like they own something that others don't (and would not be able to get it, ever), when there are thousand of players already with those items and it doesn't make any difference if new players have a chance to get them too.
