I enjoy hunts as they are.
If they could fix the enemy disappearing, then they would be that much better.
That aside, I'm happy.
I've gotten 2 sands in 3 weeks. But I've had fun doing it, and only hunt passively and occasionally.

Blind ppl... the hunt is a broken system, if you can't see it it's because you know nothing about MMOs, there's only 1 way to fix hunts w/o reworking the whole system, remove sands, oils and alex, and halve myths. or if you want it to stay like is, change the name to something like, BalanceBreakingConvenientWeaklingKilling or BBCWK for short, the last one is not a real option.
...So. I'm having fun. On a video game.
Which, by its nature, is a leisure activity. Designed to provide fun.
The hunts are filler content that impatient and/or incapable players are taking advantage of. In 6 months, nobody will care anymore.
People will just casually stroll by Wulgaru and say, "Meh... Going to be too hard to get 23 others interested. Oh well." and move on.
Then you can enjoy your borderline immortal 11,984,271 HP tree monster in peace. Who provides roughly 1/10 of an outdated upgrade.
Hunting will be what everyone here is begging for it to be.
If you don't like zerging, ignore hunts or only do them as you feel they should, and only occasionally.
Work on Savage Coil.
I get how MMOs work. Content isn't broken. Just give it time.
Hunts are broken and you know nothing, convenience should never be over balance, you know how they sacrificed a lot of things to have this game so balanced and now they throw a bomb like this, it doesn't matter if the rewards are unbalanced for 3 months or 30 years, the hunts are just some kind of legal exploit, as a proof this:
Your own words, and no, zerge should never be involved with high end gear, even if it's only for 3 months, if you want zerg content make it drop minions.
Oh and if those monsters are immortal now it's because SE fixed them the worst way possible.
Again, if you can't see what the hunt system has done to this game, you know nothing about MMOs.

The Hunt system itself is great and the reward is amazing. They want to help people to gear up, the ones who don't do coil. I get it, a nice gesture. The implementation is beyond horrific.... If they want to help the same joe jane casuals, then CUT DOWN the amount of rewards and spread allied seals everywhere in dungeons. The same dungeons that teaches these casuals some strategy and basic pattern avoidance. I understand that not everyone want to do Coils 1+2, but creating Hunt mobs that are dead within 30 seconds is not the solutions to help these players. Why not just have a moogle that dispense these seals every 10 minutes... All Hunt does now is breeding a bazilions players who know next to nothing when it comes on how to play the game on endgame levels (but running around on 110 gears..).
It's been a month with numerous threads and not to mention various bloggers writing about how badly this Hunt is implemented. Still no official response. The next hot fix better be really good... Too bad I already canceled my subs. See you in the next expansion.

Making hunts harder will only make them impossible to complete for latecomers when the new patch will roll in with better rewards and the majority of players will inevitably move away from hunts. There is nothing wrong with how hunts are now; it's just that everyone wants them.
I'd wait to see what happens after the next endgame content patch before asking for any change.
I totally agree I dont see a problem with it either. Except S ranks cause no one can see them during primetime
Also why do ppl keep posting "fix hunt plx" we had one from the start noe therere prolly 100+
Not harder, just put invincibility for 1 minute, plus 3 minutes where mob will have damage reduction. This simple fix will ensure that zerg group cannot kill it within seconds. 3 months from now, they could keep this since small group will take 5 minutes to kill, or take the feature off. 5 minutes to kill is not that long. These are suppose to be notorious monsters, not some trash mobs you can kill in mere seconds. Or they can just spread allied seals reward on other dungeons via duty finders. The Allied Seals reward is what killing other contents on DF since it gives everyone easy access to sand and oil, apart from doing Coil 2 and ST.
And so you edit her post so that she's QQing? I'd say that's cute, if you were a little kid. Players like you are what's wrong with hunts, if not games now a days in general. We're all lucky they don't moderate the forums with a heavier hand.
