iLVL 105 + is a joke!

I hear ya, had a pld with 110 burtgang in a dungeon the other day that was using several rage of halones consecutively. The bar has been raised...in terms of how bad a player you can be and still get higher gear.

Spamming rage of halone is actually one of the best ways to build single target threat fast, the multiplier for hate still applies out of combo, so halone still builds 3x the threat that w/e the first attack in the combo does, it just seems less because damage is also applied in the calculation (does about half damage out of combo). If i really wanna creep up agro fast without waiting i spammed halone when i played pld. i don't see it as a bad tactic.
