Which is why I said loot lockouts, social lockouts in an mmorpg is counterintuitive at minimum.Then working as intended. Point of lock outs is to slow down and prolong the content.
That is what 2.4 is for when they release the new tier of content. If said person isn't willing to take the time to form or join a group, put the amount of time and practice others do, and overcome the hardships, then they don't deserve a win till the next patch no matter what their circumstances are.
Only negatives I see of the lock out systems are ones that can be justified.
You go onto groups and practice but this thread has explained why the social lock ruins that prospect for many.
